We are open to the public and answer phones as follows: MON-SAT: 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon and 3 to 7 p.m. SUNDAY: 4 to 8 p.m. We are closed daily between 12 noon and 3 p.m. so we can give our guests our undivided attention. HOLIDAY POLICY: We have staff on-site to care for guests 24/7, 365 days a year, holidays included. However, we are not open for check-ins or check-outs on these U.S. holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
